I had an electrical fire at my house on a Saturday night. I was able to talk to someone on Sunday afternoon, and they had a crew at my house Monday morning. They replaced the panel, wiring to the panel, and moved my meter all in one day.

Everyone I worked with was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Highly recommend.

Called these guys for an estimate... Had to call three times before I got somebody to come out... When Baron came out, he came into my home on a muddy day... Did not takeoff his shoes, spit on my front porch, walked in, looked at my project and left, and told me he would give me an estimate within 24 hours . It's been two weeks and I still haven't heard back from him.

Hello. I have been fixing up my old huber heights house during covid and the one thing I know I am not qualified to work on is electric stuff. With my luck I would probably accidentally burn my house down trying to change out a light fixture!!

So I looked at BBB for some quality electricians in the Dayton area and came across a few. I decided to go with Bates electric because they had fix pricing on ceiling light installations, were very friendly over the phone and the reviews online were wonderful.

When the date of my service came, they arrived early to my appointment, were friendly, observed all covid guidelines and installed everything in a timely matter. I now have ceiling lights in all my bedrooms and in my living room. Plus my wallet is very happy because it did not cost me an arm and leg!

*The only thing to note is they have a 3% charge on card payments so keep your checkbook handy.

The most professional help I've ever gotten! Finally got someone out to my place to trouble shoot electric issues the electrician did just that!!!!!!!! Thank you I will need your help another time for further work out in my shelter house but for now I'm totally satisfied!

The customer service was good. Response time was excellent. Communication was good. The technician was thorough and explained everything and only charged fir the service required. I would hire them again.

I found Bates electric on Angies List. I called 7 electricians and they were the ONLY one that had a real person answer the phone. I had a small wiring issue and they came out the same day only a few hours later.

I met Isaac. He was as personable as he is knowledgeable in his field.

He resolved my issue in a flash and the price was very reasonable considering it included a whole house inspection.

They will be the first one I call from now on.

Bates electric was great . They came out same day to provide an estimate on a car charger and hot tub power install. When the crew came back to do the job, it was timely and professional. They definitely knew what they were doing.
